ToolQit Core

ToolQit Core includes a 7-day free trial so you can explore the platform before your billing begins.

  • You may cancel any time during the trial period and will not be charged.

  • Once the 7-day trial ends and your subscription fee is processed, no refunds will be issued.

ToolQit Launchpad

ToolQit Launchpad includes done-for-you setup services that begin immediately after purchase.

  • Because setup work starts right away, no refunds are offered for Launchpad purchases.

  • We encourage you to review the service details and contact us with any questions before subscribing.

General Provisions

  • Refunds will not be provided for unused time on an active subscription.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to avoid future billing.

  • If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for review.

Refund Exclusions

Refund requests will not be honored for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Lack of results or performance outcomes.

  • Failure to use the platform or services.

  • Purchase made in error.

  • Disagreement with the provided features or materials.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute for a valid purchase made under this clearly stated policy may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your ToolQit account.

  • Loss of access to all current and future ToolQit services.

  • Reporting to relevant financial institutions or legal authorities.

We reserve the right to respond to and dispute any chargebacks with documented proof of your agreement to this policy.

Account Provisioning

After completing checkout and providing your business/personal information and billing details, your ToolQit account will be created automatically and your login credentials sent to the email address you provided.
