Welcome to ToolQit, a Qupify service that provides business owners with a powerful all-in-one platform for marketing, sales, and operations. ToolQit is powered by the GoHighLevel platform, enhanced with our own branding, setup processes, and dedicated support to meet the specific needs of our clients.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ToolQit, whether through our ToolQit Core self-service plan or our ToolQit Launchpad done-for-you plan. By using ToolQit, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using ToolQit.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ToolQit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms as a binding contract between you and Qupify.
Description of Services
ToolQit Core
Full access to all platform features.
7-day free trial available.
Self-service setup and customization.
User is responsible for creating automations, funnels, campaigns, and other configurations.
ToolQit Launchpad
Full access to all platform features.
ToolQit team handles setup, configuration, and onboarding.
Includes strategic guidance to ensure the platform is ready for your specific business needs.
Both plans are hosted on and powered by the GoHighLevel platform. ToolQit provides the software under our branding, along with the support, onboarding, and account management specific to your plan.
User Responsibilities
Core Users: Responsible for self-managing all setup, customization, and ongoing configurations.
Launchpad Users: Responsible for providing accurate business information and participating in onboarding sessions.
All Users:
Maintain compliance with marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Keep account login credentials secure.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Ensure that any uploaded content does not violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
Account Provisioning & Security
To begin using ToolQit, you must provide accurate personal, business, and billing information during checkout. Once payment is confirmed, we will create and provision your ToolQit account and send your login credentials. You are responsible for keeping these credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
Service Access & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. This may include feature changes made by GoHighLevel, as well as ToolQit-specific updates.
Third-Party Integrations
ToolQit integrates with various third-party services (e.g., Google, Facebook, Stripe, Twilio, Mailgun). These integrations are subject to the terms and availability of the third-party provider, which may change without notice. ToolQit is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by these providers.
Intellectual Property Rights
All ToolQit branding, custom configurations, and content are owned by Qupify.
The GoHighLevel platform remains the property of HighLevel LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform through your subscription.
Limitation of Liability
ToolQit and Qupify are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss. We do not guarantee specific business results.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qupify, its affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of ToolQit or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ToolQit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
